Can I change delivery address / phone number / recipient for my existing order?
Changes in the delivery address / phone number / recipient of the item is not allowed after the order is successfully made. This is one of the precaution step to prevent fraud attempt. Kindly ensure all information is correctly prior placing the order.
Can I call Prima Dinamik to place an order?
Given if your choice of payment is Cash On Delivery, you may contact us and we will place in an order for you. For other type of payment method, you may call us for the step by step assistance on how to place an order. We are not allowed to place an order if your payment method is not listed above for your security treason.
I am unable to add my selected item into the cart, why is this happenning?
Your selected item might have a limited stock quantity. If you are unable to selct the item into your cart, there are a high chance that someone have already did and the product is now out of stock. Kindly refresh the page after for the stock to be updated and you may try again.
Return & Claim Policy
The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery,Items sold are covered within 7 days or 10 days easy return. The applicable return policy indicates the number of calendar days in which the return of the item would be valid. Countdown of coverage starts from the date the item was delivered.
Can I cancel my order ?
If your item or order status is “Canceled”, you can rest assured that it was canceled successfully. In case your cancellation request is not processed by processing depatment within 24hrs, your order may have already been shipped out and cannot be canceled. How soon can I receive my refund?
Return can be process in case of return or cancellation. For convenient we offer different refund option for you to choose from base on the payment method at the time of purchase. We will update you via SMS or Email once the refund is done.

If I added the item into my cart, does it confirm my booking on the item?
When you added your desired item into the cart, it does not guarantee your booking of the item.
If you do not proceed to check out, and make payment immediately, your item is still subject in change in stock, price and discount rules.
Will I be charged on any cancellation fee?
Cancellation is free of charge. We do not incur any cancellation fee. If you have made any payment on your order, we will proceed on your full refund upon if your cancellation request is successful.
I accidentally order duplicate item. What should I do?
You may call our customer service hotline to cancel the duplicate item. However please bear in mind to give us a call as soon as you realised it as our warehouse might have pack and shipped out the item. (Courier charges will be bear by customers)
I receive the wrong item, what should I do?
If you receive the item which you did not ordered, we are happy to exchange it for you. Please notify us immediately and we will assist you right away.
To assuer prompt return resolution, please pack the item in its original package, with full accessories and buying invoice.
